“Biclean" is a combination of sightseeing cycling, check-in and cleaning up ocean waste in the coastal area.  This is a new type of experiential tourism that the Jeju Island government is operating to give visitors the opportunity to freely enjoy cycling on the winding coastal roads, check-in, breathe in the fresh air and join hands to clean the marine environment.

2- Experience being a chef with local ingredients

Toto Atelier, which used to be a cooking school, is now becoming the only place in Jeju Island that gives visitors the opportunity to experience making local traditional cakes using ingredients grown in Jeju Island.

After hand-picking ingredients such as carrots, tangerines, cauliflower and rosemarry (vegetables with a characteristic scent)... from Toto Atelier's garden, visitors will be able to make their own traditional cakes of this tourist island such as Jeju Carrot cake; Jeju tangerine cake, cake (made with egg white and sugar)...

Although they have never learned to bake, but with the recipe of video tutorials from professional chefs of Toto Atelier, visitors only need to pay attention through the screen in front of them and use the dexterity of their hands to make their own unique cakes.

3- Sound Walk: from "Sightseeing" to "Feeling"

Visit Jeju island, visitors will have the opportunity to satisfy their five senses by discovering and recording the mysterious sounds of nature in Gotjawal (Jeju's own name, the only place in the world where are northern and southern tropical plant species coexisting).

It is the sound of many different animals and birds as well as the low chirping and flapping of wings of bees and insects.  Visitors can also have their own recordings with the help of advanced professional audio editing equipment.

4- Glocal Media Art Restaurant: Food combined with art communication

Jeju Island's tourist restaurant "Haenyeo Kitchen Bukchon" is an attractive destination for visitors to experience the unique dishes of chef Haenyeo and media art inspired by Sea view of the island.

Sitting and enjoying the food in the scene where the walls around the dining room become a lively 3D screen with stereoscopic surround sound inspired by the sea, visitors feel like they are dining on the sea, in or on the island with a waiter acting as a storyteller to describe in detail the dishes served.

The meal is made entirely from fresh seafood caught by Haenyeos and ingredients grown seasonally on Jeju Island.
